Freshpaint serves as a meeting point for the general public with all of the significant forces working within the fields of art and culture In Israel. Each year, the fair exposes fresh and promising talent, and showcases an up-to-date perspective of the Israeli art field and its most prominent participants.

The fair’s gallery section combines exhibitions by leading galleries, alongside projects created especially for the fair by artists, curators and various art establishments. Each year, Freshpaint initiates, curates and exhibits remarkable new art projects, presented to the public for the first time at the fair: commissioned works, thematic exhibitions, focus exhibitions of graduates of the fair’s Artists Greenhouse, and more.
